ESC Conference 2025 is in Louisville, KY at The Bungalou. We had such an incredible experience with them last year, that we had to go back and do it again. :) The event dates are April 14-18.
WHEN/WHERE IS ESC 2025?
As of right now, our events our in-person only. We are on social media at @esc_conference. But stay tuned - we have a way to be involved in the community even outside of the in-person events coming so soon!
ARE THERE WAYS WE CAN BE INVOLVED IN ESC OUTSIDE OF THE RETREAT/CONFERENCE?
Our conferences will always be held in the spring of each year and our retreats will be in the fall. Check those respective pages for specific dates and info.

We appreciate your understanding that once a ticket is purchased, it is transferable but it is non-refundable.
